(a-ii) LATE CHECK OUT

Guarantee Early Check-in require room to be blocked one night prior to actual arrival. Room rate will be at Full Group Accommodation price based on room category
Late Check out till 6pm is chargeable at 50% from Group Accommodation price. Any late check out after 6pm will be charge at Full Group Accommodation price based on room category

Tourism Tax

Effective 1 September 2017, foreign tourists staying at paid accommodation in Malaysia are subject to pay a Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night upon check in. Malaysians or Permanent Residents with My PR cards are exempted.

Tourism Fee
Reference is made to Trade By-Laws under the Local Government Act 1976 of the Government of Kedah Darul Aman, whereby Hotel guest staying in Berjaya Langkawi Resort are committed to paying the State Tourism Fee of MYR 5.00 per room per night of stay, as stipulated and imposed by the Municipal Council of Langkawi.
